The Analysis Report on the Steam Consumption of Moulding Machines between TEKULA Machine and XX Machine:
Hangzhou TEKULA Precision Machinery Co., Ltd test the steam consumption on the T series moulding machine in Zhongshan Taiyuan Package Co.,Ltds on Mar 16-Mar 17, 2008.
The test result and data analysis report are as followings:
Test machine and its models:
Hangzhou shape moulding machine: No 16(1700) machine
Hangzhou TEKULA shape moulding machine: No 15(1700) machine
Test mould: TL-510
Material feature: BASF 303 with the density of 20 g
Product feature: 180 g per product (3 pcs) and total weight is 540 g per cycle time
Test times: 10 cycle times for each machine
The test result:
XX No 16(1700) machine:
8 kg steam pressure for 10 cycle times productions, the total steam consumption is 93 kg and thus the steam consumption for per cycle time is 9.3 kg and the average cycle time is 97 seconds.
TEKULA No 15(1700) machine:
6 kg steam pressure for 10 cycle times productions, the total steam consumption is 51.4 kg and thus the steam consumption for per cycle time is 5.14 kg and the average cycle time is 110 seconds.
5 kg steam pressure for 10 cycle times productions, the total steam consumption is 46 kg and thus the steam consumption for per cycle time is 4.6 kg and the average cycle time is 116 seconds.
From the calculation above, the analysis for the 2 machines running economic characters are as followings which is based on the 6 kg steam pressure by TEKULA machine:
