Compare with normal detergent, our products have following advantages :
1. Better cleaning results, around 30% better in results
2. No need to use caustic soda, which make the cleaning process more safe .
3. Less cost, about 15% less cost compare use caustic soda.
4. Less use of other textile auxiliaries.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
Appearance: white non-dusty granule
Ph value (1g/L solution): 10.5±0.5
Solubility: completely soluble at 45 mild water
USERS RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Thick cotton fabrics:
Liquor ratio: 1: 10
Dosage: 2%-3% of fabric weight.
Temperature : 90ºC- 100ºC
Duration of treatment : 45 60 minutes
2. Common cotton fabrics:
Liquor ratio: 1: 10
Dosage: 1%-2% of fabric weight.
Temperature : 90ºC- 100ºC
Duration of treatment : 45 60 minutes
To be followed by one time hot water rinse(60 ºC), one time normal temperature water rinse ,total two time. The adjust PH of the solution to the normal state for deoxidizing for dying.
3. Yarn on cones
Liquor ratio: 1: 10
Dosage: 1.5%-2% of yarn weight.
Temperature : 90ºC- 100ºC
Duration of treatment : 60 minutes (must better if use together with penetrating agent)

b. YD-2 scouring
Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%): 6.5%,YD-2: 22%,acetic acid 0.2%,deoxidation enzyme 0.1%.
