Note: Explanation of the line
1. OIL REFINER
Usded to neutrilizing ,and water washing,to rid off the acid .
2. DEODORIZER
Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil .
3. SOAP FEET VESSEL
Used to refine the oil sediment from oil refiner,to get some oil from oil sediment .
4.HOT & ALKALI WATER TANK
Used to produce hot water heated by the steams ,also alkali water from the alkali disvoling tank, for adding into the oil refiner.
5. ALKALI DISVOLING TANK
Used to produce the alkali water .
6. STEAM SEPERATOR
Separate the steams to oil refiner,decolorer,deodorizer,hot water tank,etc.
7. DECOLORING VESSEL
Used to rid off the colour of the oil
8. CLAY TANK
Store the medication decolored for the clay tank.
9. OIL FILTER
Used to filte the the decoloured oil .
10. TRANKFER HOT OIL FURANCE
Contact to the deodorizer , to make oil produce high temperature (280 degrees orso ) .
11. GEAR PUMP
Pump oil into kinds of vessel and tank.
12. SOAP PUMP
Pump oil sediment into soap foot vessel.
13.Water pump
Pump cool water into water tank.
14. TRANSFER HOTOIL PUMP
Pump hot oil into transfer oil furence.
15. COOLING WATER TOWER
Cool water for cooling oil ,etc.
16.STEAM BOILER
Produce steams to refiner ,decolorizer,etc.
III.CONSUMPTION
1.Electricity: 55 Kw; 2.Water consumption:500-700KG/H; 3.Manpower :3-4 persons.

1.THE OIL TANK(one is 10ton,the other is 20) ,WHICH ARE MADE IN NORMAL STEEL.
2. THE EQUIPMENT IS COMPLETE SET .IT DONT ADD ANY MACHINES .
3.ALSO ALL KINDS TANK CAN BE MANUFACTURED AT LOCAL PLACE BY USER.
4.THE FACTORY IS IN CHARGE OF TRANING WORKERS AND INSTRUCTING INSTALLING.
5. FEES OF THE INSTALLING: THE BUYER BEAR THE TICKETS AND ROOM & BOARD , AND BEAR USD 30 /PERSON/DAY.
