1. This machine has PLC programmable controller and touch screen control, automatic baiting, automatic electric measuring, automatic control of the barrel's temperature, pressure and seasoning. It can expand materials in one pass to assure the automatic cycle production, and dried by fluidized bed dryer.
2. It has electric weighing system and photoelectricity material level control system to assure the right volume of the foaming material, make the beading density uniformly after foaming and the density tolerance is less than 3%.

Japanese made high precision guide pressure reducing valve control the temperature and steam pressure of the barrel, assure the outcome pressure of the valve constant and the inner temperature control within ±1%,It can keep the foamed EPS raw material consistency and prevent the EPS raw material agglomerate because of the bad temperature.
4. It applies automatic screw, and electric weighing system, the negative pressure charging reaches the top of the shell, the combining level switch realizes the automatic charging, which not only promotes efficiency but also reduces labor intensity.
5. The shell has enclosed type constant pressure foaming barrel with high thermal efficiency to save steam. It can save more than 50% energy compare to the continue type pre-extender
6. The machine is fixed fluidized drying bed which automatically dry and filer the materials discharged from pre-expander; ball material crush, the fan facility could transport the material to the slaking bin automatically.
7. The electric appliances, pneumatic components, and valves of the machine are all well-known brand. It ensures the operation stability and reliability and long service life of machine.
8. The automatic discharging of shell applies high pressure fan facility to dry materials, which promotes the speed of output.
9. The computer has the memory function, which could record all information such as brands, specifications, expanding foam techniques and parameters of EPS material manufacturers. When you use the certain materials of one manufacturer is needed, just press the touch screen of computer to quickly go back to the original technique.
10. The machine is available to the foaming production in plateau oxygen depletion area, and appears the advantages of pressure extender(the production efficiency of continuous pre-expander is quite low in the same condition).
