Features of MYG Multi-function Carpet Dyeing Machin

Spiral dyeing beck is used to dye the full-width carpet and its following features make it stand out from carpet dyeing machines of other brandname.

a. Shape of the dye beck is adjustable, so that carpets can pass smoothly to ensure even dyeing and smooth operation.

b. Bath rate 1:13-1:19 is used according to the carpets structure and 30%-40% water shall be saved.

c. Special dye beck and arrangement of crushing devices of the fluid circulation system ensure maximum loading capacity. Within the range of 40% of the max fluid capacity, when dyeing in small amount, the bath rate same as that of max loading capacity is used and no formula need to be changed.

d. Uniformity of double-sided dyeing can be assured as circulation system for fluid dye returning the machine can be adjusted.

e. When at the max cloth rate of 100 meters per minute, dyeing uniformity for 400 meters can be ensured and even when metal composite dye is used.

f. Horizontal installation of the machine base ensure easy installment and no costly grooves needed.

g. Special heat drain-off system is used to save energy, water and time. Cooling, rinsing and emission are integrated into one operation and good quality can still be guaranteed.

h. Spiral dye beck and heat emission of other carpet grooves integrate cooling, rinsing, discharge into one operation. Speed of heat emission is 20 meters per minute. After dehydration, the carpet shall remain on the folding machine, with 40-60% of water which is not dehydrated. There is no color difference during the discharge period. 

i. No impregnating bath is needed before drying the carpet and it only   

needs rinsing. In this way, 50% of energy and water can be saved.

So less water remains inside the carpet, it helps to save energy and speed up the drying process.
