The RT1100/18 automobile seat cushion foaming line.

 That is composed of  1 set HPM50/50/20 three-component double-hardness highpressure foaming machine , 1 set diameter 11 meters rotary tablefoaming line by including installed on the rotary table 6 sets ofMP16085 mold carriers as well as 12  sets MP7065 mold carriers, themold temperature controller and so on.

This production line uses the production pattern that the automatic intermittent type or thecontinuous working, adjustment the rotary table rotational speed by thefrequency converter, automatically opening\ closing the moldcarrier,automatic identify mold number, by manual control  or automaticcontrol mixing-head to pouring, various equipment components haveprovided the advanced electricity control system, may separable stepdebugging, when production it is operated on-line.
