brake motor: YEJ series

   YEJ Series electromagnetic-brake motors are improved products on the base of YEJ series.The technical proper-ties of its motor conform to there quirements of Y2 series.The performances of the brake assembly are improved.

   YEJ can make action promptly whe the power of electric motor is off Quick break time doesn't exceed 0.15 seconfd for rame sizes 63MM up to 900MM and not exceed 0.2 second for changing the connection in the terminal box as per customers request.This series have low noise and the braking performance is reliable.The working principle;the electromagnetic-brake motors acquire 198V direct current rectified from 220V AC when the porer is on.At the sane tine.

    The armature is attracted by electromagnet.This makes brake disc ratable and enables motor to tun freely.When the power is off the electromagnet loses electro-magnetic force,The armature is pushed by the spring and sticks to end shield of the motor immediately,the rotation is stopped therefore.

    This series are widely used in machine tools,packaging machinery,woodworker machinery,food processing machinery,chemical engineering machinery,textile machinery,construction machinery,gear reducer and soon.

Motors of this series can continuously runat the rated power under the following conditions:

1. Altitude: Ablve sea level, not exceeding 1000m

2. Ambient temperature: it varies with seasons but not exceeding +40oC
