SP45F Balancing Valve with Digital is suitable for valve which used on liquid , and it is used widely in the air-conditioning heating pipe system and the system which can be controlled in the metallurgy , ship-making industry and the residence building .But it would not be better if apply it into the liquid which has severe causticity. Because it applied the most advanced technology of sealing, it is the idealest and non-leaking valve in the home and abroad.

1. Main Structure:

SP45F balancing valve has two kinds of connection way: inner screw thread connection and flange connection

Use oblique rod and internal rise-and-fall structure, it is consisted of valve body,valve cover, handwheel,sealing ring, small measuring valve of  digital display device, original structure,  flexible manufaction,and good sealing.

Figures in the outer-ring of digital display device are decimal whose range is 0-9 figures in the observation window of the interior- ring which is the number of revolving-ring.  observation window shows the percent ratio of valve plug lifting. Move the handwheel and lift the valve plug, the ring of revolving and percent ratio will be displayed. Adjust flux decreasing pressure automatically. When the figure shows 6-9 ,it is the greatest opening degree.

Small valves in the two sides of valve body can connect the measuring device, which is used for measuring flux and decreasing pressure and can also be used to venting and leaking.
