Cans feeding.Cans specification:700x1000mm.Wool or flax slivers are feed through guide rollers,pressing rollers and then to the table-board,which makes slivers arrange in order to avoid unexpected drafting,and form even thickness tuft.Then tuft can be feed into the feeding box according required length.

Carding mechanism consists of feeding box,material supporting plate,nipper,bundling device,circular comb and top comb,etc.

Feeding box is equipped with nine rows of round pin strips,among which are two rows of 5 pins/10mm,three rows of 6 pins/10mm,four rows of 7 pins/100mm pin strips.

The needle-occupied area of the circular comb accounts for 202 degress of the whole circumference.The front faller is mounted with 6 or 5 saw-tooth metal needle bars of different needle densities;while the rear faller is mounted 5 or 4 saw-tooth metal needle bars of different needle densities.Neddle bars with various needle densities could be adjusted base on different fibers and varieties.

Cleaning mechanism mainly consists of round brush,doffer,stripper bar and dust suction device,etc.
