The intelligent controller of generator with a high performance computer chip can modify the control program and protection parameters for the generator. It integrates multiple functions such as measuring, controlling, protection and three remote controlling, etc., which can fully meet the auto control needs of various generator sets for generator users or professional assembling factories.

The controller measures and displays all the electrical parameters of generator output as well as the engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, DC power voltage and operating time, etc. Among them, voltage and current uses virtual value for measurement to assure more accurate data.

The keys on the controller panel can be used to select control modes, start up operating program, display data and modify protection parameters. The LED indicators can be used to indicate the control modes of controller and the operating state of generator sets. The LCD displays various measuring parameters and states.

RS485 or RS232 communication port can be selected to realize remote control. Or communicate it with PC to fully realize the functions of remote communication, measurement and control. The operating parameters of controller can be read and set up.

The controller consists of aluminum alloy plate and powder coated steel housing, which are tightly assembled together. All the connections of controller are connected with needle-type terminals with locks, which make the connection, movement, maintenance and replacement easy and convenient.
