2.Application

This kind of machine is applicable to the materials such as cashmere, camels hair and yaks hair, etc.It is mainly used to open the raw hairs, extract trashes, remove coarse hairs and fur scraps from them, and finally process them into qualified fine hairs for the following procedure.

3.Structure features

1).The feeding part is made up of the feed plate and the pressure feed roller. For adopting the on-machine lever spring and the eccentric operating handle. It makes the operations convenient and reliable.

2).In the opening roller and the mote knife part, hairs can be opened completely, in order to remove the trashes and the coarse hairs.

3).In the Cylinder and the revolving flat parts, more coarse hairs, fur scraps and short hairs can be removed from the hairs that have been carded completely.

4).Equipped with new type stripper bar, the structure is simple and compact, and the hair stripping is reliable.

5).On the right side of the taker-in, there is a taker-in speed switch, which is used to test the speed of the taker-in, so as to avoid the machine jam.

6).Adopt the partially-enclosed type protective cover for the whole machine, and the switch is fixed on the right front side, clean and safe, convenient to operate with beautiful appearance.

Users can equip an self-feeder through which to control the feeding amount by a photoelectric switch according to your requirements.
