HS-808 is the Sock Knitting Machine. It can knit more variety of designs and colors socks, such as tabby, rib, three-dimensional mesh, collective circle, pile loop, half pile loop, partial pile loop, pile loop with jacquard, elastic jacquard with Y heel, multilayered rib collar, additional thick in sole, and dissymmetric design socks, and so on.

Main Characteristics:
1. One essential color includes 8 yarn paths, 5 assistant colors, each of them includes 3 yarn paths, the shuttle in the same loop and same yarn path can do up and down action at about 18 needle distances.
2. The elastic device can set different yarn feeding speed, to adapt different elastic band's request
3. With the highest level reciprocation to improve the production benefit during knitting sock head and sock heel.
4. Use stepping motor to control, which may adjust the yarn's tensile force and position.
5. Use automatic oiling system.
6. It can directly adjust weave density, speed, rotation speed and output for each section on PC and the control panel.

PC control system
1. It uses advanced PC control box from our own.
2. Use advanced ARM core 32 bits RISC processor as control core.
3. Use advanced industry-level bus CAN bus to transfer data.
4. Use high speed USB interface instead of normal floppy dick interface.
5. It is very easy to know error position during operation because of the good pictorial display and the man-machine interface, the direct information of error capture.
6. Large capacity of memorizer can store various design.

Drawing system
The design uses the design system software which is developed by our company. This system is easy to operate, with powerful function, can be run under the Windows95/98/2000/me/XP operating system in any compatible computer.
