Capacitance Discharge 8 Work Locations Filter Automatic Welding Machine

1. Designing Principle
  The special automatic machine is adopted one set of capacitance discharge welding source which supply the power to the up movable welding electrode and one down welding electrode,heating the projection spots by the resistance between workpieces:Big Cap and 4 Projection Spots on the Small Holder,under the function of air cylinder pressure,then the projection spots will be pressed collapse and melt into solid metal bonds,thus forming into solid welding spots.
2. Applicable Scope
  The welding machine is applicable to filter projection welding machine which is made by ordinary carbon steel, galvanized plate (electrolysis board).
3. Welding Workflow is as follow:
  Startup The machine By Press Button --- The System Start to Act ---Detection of the workpiece,action of Position-fixing Pin and other series detection are all accomplished by the computer programme--- Automatic Feeding Devices sent the workpiece to fixing electrode, the Degree-divided Equipment truck the workpiece to next working position    the device of a move to the rotation of the workpiece---Welding Location Detection:If it detect the workpiece(filter),the electrode press down and start to weld;if it donot find the workpiece(filter),it willnot act,and the Degree-Divided Equipment go on to rotate to next working position---Automatic Feeding System go on to feed ,Welding Detection System go on to detect---At the same time,Automatic Unloading System also detect whether there is the welded workpiece(filter):If find,then it will act.go on to unload.  
   .......Feeding,Welding,Unloading act at the sametime in turn and repeat as circle.
