The capacity of the concrete trailer pump we can supply is ranges from 60 cbm/h to 90 cbm/h. We have two different engines, diesel and electrical engine. All the chassis are imported. The cleaned exhaust is up to European III standard.

In addition, they have following characters:

1)   The main pump is original Rexroth or Hawe variable displacement, excellent function, stable working ability.

2)   Control block is made by America Eaton Company or Germany Bosch Rexroth. It has small volume and easy to maintenance.

3)   Hydraulic system is open circuit; the back flow oil is cooled by heat exchanger. In this way, the temperature of working oil is always less than 65 centigrade, assuring the system work stably.

4)   Direction exchange control parts adopt Germany untouched sensor, so it is able to work long service life and simplify the control process.

5)   Germany SCHNEIDER and Japan OMRON make electric control parts. That is also equipped with PLC program controller.

6)   The pump adopt international S style valve and equipped with high resistant wearable glasses plate, wearing ring. These reduce exchange times and improve work efficiency.

7)   The pressure of outlet can be changed to be high and low, large flow by low pressure, small flow by high pressure. In this way, the pump can convey the concrete to different distance and height.

8)   The anti-direction conveying function makes cleaning concrete conveying pipe easily. That is also a good means to solve pipe jam.

9)   The automatic lubricate pump imported from America and Germany assure the parts work effectively under sufficient lubrication.

10)  Diesel engine is Libohare or Comins, high power and low noise. The exhaust air is to European environment standard.
