The boom length of Hai Nuo concrete pump trucks or concrete boom trucks differ in 37 m, 42 m and 46 m with chassis of Isuzu or Volvo. The exhaust emission meets the European Discharge Standards III.

1.       Hydraulic pumping system

The open loop hydraulic system is equipped with relief valves protect against overload and all of the elements of the system are imported from Germany. The concrete pumping cylinder and S-valve swing cylinder are supplied with oil by a variable pump with constant power.

2.       Operating system

The pumping system, boom distributor and outrigger system are flexibly operated in accordance with the manual and mechanical engineering principles. The pumping and outrigger system are manually, electrically or hydraulically operated.  

3.       Boom distributor

All of the boom elements are hydraulically operated. The cylinders are equipped with locking valve and safety valve to prevent the booms from falling down once there is leakage on the hydraulic pipeline and or protect the system against overload.
