Special design tank and Dongfeng or FAW chassis which exhaust standard is EUR III.

Under condition of vertical height 15m, horizontal distance 5m, working pressure 0.2 MPa, the average discharging speed is no less than 1.2 t/min, remaining rate is no more than 0.3%.

Cement tank:

The tank is column structure. The body is rolled by 5mm thickness quality steel plate. Two ends are 6mm thickness standard elliptic cover. It is equable, firm, high intensity, good rigidity and loading ability. The tank is double silos and double air room structure, good width of pneumatic device and layout to shorten discharging time, improving tank volume application rate, lowering the remaining rate.

Pipe line system

There is each inlet air pipe and discharging pipe in front and back rooms to realize opening synchronously and single control functions separately by their own ball shape net or butterfly valve. When system pressure is higher than system rating pressure, the check valve opens automatically to reject air. It is convenient for workers to work on the tank.

Transmission and control system

The toque is created by four speed gears of gearbox middle shaft. The installation and connection of outside PTO is precise, which insure working stability. The control button under cab panel makes PTO connect and disconnect. The adjustment device at the front of tank makes control easier. Air source of control airline is from chassis subsidiary airline, which not effecting driving security.
