     Jianda conveyor dryers are available in a variety of conveying and airflow configurations (see above).  The dryers can be configured to run at the same temperature throughout, or with sequential heat zones allowing precise control over critical drying parameters of temperature, process air humidity and airflow throughout the process.  The sanitary dryers are designed to meet the stringent sanitation requirements of the food industry.  Durability, ease of maintenance and efficient operation are the primary drivers behind the design of Jiandas heavy industrial conveyor dryers.  Their rugged construction is well-suited for the charcoal, coal, chemical and polymer industries.

    Raw materials are spreaded on the conveying belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt, pulverizer of granulator, belt passes the channel which containing one or several heating units; heating unit is equipped with air heater and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp exhaust system. When raw material is transited, hot air passes through or over it. In this way it makes raw material dry uniformly.
