Specifications
This ink has excellent adhesion on metal and glass. which is dried by firming agent.
Application range of GPM-Series dubble Component gloss ink for metal, glass:
a, Tinplate, ferrochromium, aluminum and other kinds of metal substrates
b, All kinds of technologic glass, colorized glass and other kinds of glass
Product character:
High gloss and solid component, excellent adhesion, can resist wipe of butanone and alcohol when dried completely at 160,-170. After drying torrefaction, the rigidity can reach up 6H.
Thinner used for this ink is bland and of low poison.

MESH: Monofilament mesh,150-250 mesh,(add Glitter powder):100-120 Mesh.
Squeegee: 65-85 durometer solvent resistance blaade,such as PU.
Coverage: 40 square meter/kg under 350 mesh.
USING: 100 ink+(5-8)GPM Firming Agent+(15-20)GPM thinner.
PRINTING: Handsome, Machine and Screen printing.
DRY:120-180 'c(10-25 mins)
