We are professional manufacturer of Hot-dip galvanized steel coil and pre-painted galvanized steel coil which are widely used in areas of construction, hardware, home appliances, interior decoration etc. We have five advanced product lines with a productivity of 470,000 metric tons per year.

1) Hot-dip galvanized steel coil

There are three Hot-dip galvanized steel coil product lines adopting American Steel Corp process and improved Sendzimir process with a Productivity of 300,000 metric tons per year. The specification is as below:

Coil weight :  4-10 metric tons,

Coil I.D:        Φ508mm/Φ610m,

Coil O.D:       Max Φ1500mm,

Quality class: FH/CQ,

Type of coating : Non-alloyed galvanized (GI)/Al-Si galvanized (GL),

Zinc coating:       80-180 g/m2 (two-sided uniform thickness)

Surface processing: Regular spangle, Minimized spangle, Zero spangle, bright spangle

Surface chemical processing: chromate, un-chromate passivation and fingerprint resistant treatment;

Oil:     Slight oiled or non-oiled

These product lines also capable of producing oiled anneal steel coil.

2) Pre-painted galvanized steel coil

There are two pre-painted galvanized steel coil product lines adopting double painting & double baking process with a productivity of 170,000 metric tons per year. The specification is as below:

Coil weight:           5-10 metric tons

Coil I.D:               Φ508mm   Coil O.D: Max Φ1500mm

Coating type:        PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF

Coating character (Frontage/back): Pencil hardness: ≥H/2H; Reverse impact: ≥9J/6J; T bending: ≤3T/5T; Cuppingtest:≥6mm/4mm; MEK cleaning:≥100/50time

   The product lines are also capable of producing un-chromate process pre-painted galvanized steel, electro fingerprint resistant galvanized steel, wood veins pre-painted steel with various pattern and filmed sheet steel coil.
