Hot coal gas station of single-stage coal gas producer

    Process  flow of single-stage Hot Gas Station, Saturated air, which is formed by self-produced  0.294Mpa steam and air form blower, is used as gasifying agent and comes into gasifier from the bottom via a check valve. Block coal is broken up and filtrated to size of 25-50mm,or50-100mm. Then the coal is fed into coal bunker by coal feeding system and be fed into stove. Gas produced by stove is removed dusts by gravitational dust cleaner and cyclone dust cleaner and finally be sent to user. 

Cold coal gas station (bituminous) of single-stage coal gas producer

    The technological flow (bituminous):Pre-purifying gas produced by gasifier, whose temperature is 500-600°C, gets into double-standpipe to be cooled by hot circulating water and washed out part dust. Then the gas gets out from the bottom water seal of standpipe. The gas temperature is about 80-90°C form the standpipe. Then the gas enters into washing tower for cooling and removing dust, the gas temperature is lowered to 35-45°C. Finally, the gas is pressured by gas pressure adder and removed water and tar by trap water, then the gas send to the user.

    The technological flow(anthraccite): Pre-purifying gas produced by gasifier, whose temperature is 500-600°C, get into double-standpipe to be cooled by hot circulating water out part dust. Then the gas gets out from the bottom water seal of standpipe. Then gas temperature is about 80-90°C from the standpipe, the gas temperature is lowered to 34-45°C. Then the gas enters into washing tower for cooling and removing dust. Finally, the gas is pressured by gas pressure adder and removed water and tar by trap water, then the gas send to the user.
