PBS series of coal-water slurry burner is developed by National CWS Engineering Research Center Zhejiang University Institute of Combustion Technology,Zhejiang University Thermal Engineering Research Institute,which is a new type of coal-water slurry burner. It has many advantages like rapid fire, combustion stability, safety, convenient operation, etc.

It can be used to burn coal-water slurry,also can be used to burn all kinds of fuel, and the air can be hot air can also be cold, it can be used in power station boilers, industrial boilers and industrial kilns fueled with coal-water slurry fuel or heavy oil fuel.

   PBS-type coal-water slurry burner need to be used with  PNS-type nozzle.

The basic structure:

   PBS series of coal-water slurry burner is mainly composed by the center tube, primary air and secondary air channel, a wind impeller (fixed), secondary air impeller (adjustable), adjusting throttle and ignition oil gun cannula. Combustion air is injected into total wind pipe,then divided into primary air and secondary air through a throttle to regulate the proportion of primary air and secondary air , the total air volume is determined by the ventilator to adjust the throttle. The primary wind door is adjusted by the right hand wheel's opening level in the burner panel,Throttle has a locking device. Adjust the throttle after  the locking device is open,then close the locking device,in case of vibration.

The secondary air impeller is a adjusting impeller, through adjusting the location to change the swirl strength of the secondary air ,to control the combustion situation.According to the screw length to determine the location of the impeller, if the screw length is short ,the impeller promote inward,the swirl is enhance, which is beneficial to the fire burning,if the screw length is long,the swirl is weakend.
