Introduction
The PHBR series portable Brinell & Rockwell hardness testers are designed and developed on the basic principle of Brinell and Rockwell hardness testing functioning as both Rockwell hardness tester and Brinell hardness tester in accordance with the relevant international standard ISO6508/6506.
Capable of testing casting, forging, steels ready for delivery, nonferrous metal and its alloys.
Capable of testing the mechanical parts under heat treatment, carburized steel and carbides etc.
Capable of solving most hardness test problems for metals in the industrial field.
High testing accuracy, error of Rockwell hardness <1.5HR, and that of Brinell hardness <2~3%.
The test results can meet with the requirements of product standard or drawings and can be well accepted in international trade.
Applied to take the place of Shore hardness testers and Leeb hardness testers of low accuracy when used to test the large work pieces.
