FEEDING UNIT

Front edge paper feeding system

1)      7.5KW frequency conversion squirrel cage blower, indraft auxiliary sheet feeding and the suction opening is 1600-1800 mm long.  

2)      2Lead edge feeder (belt type) ,Suction force hold-down device to aid the feeding of wrapped board .

3)      Special design for the thin sheet
Left & right side feed gate movement are motorized adjust. Equipped with powerful helicoidal duster .

4)      Skip feed for large sheet . Electric counter to indicate production volume . speeder to display the machine working speed

2.Clutch of machine unit

1) Button Switch, electric controlling of the separation and combination of machine unit, also equipped with automatic warning device, continuous ring alarm during the traveling to   ensure the safety of personnel. 

2)      Cylinder interlock, fast, secure, convenient and accurate. 

3.Dedusting system

1)      Soft dust wiping device is used to remove the dust and paper scrap on the surface of the pasteboard to improve the printing quality.

1. Printing Cylinder

1)      diameter¢500mm  

2)      Printing cylinder is hi-grade steel after surfacing. The axial direction has central base scribed line and the peripheral direction has roller plate base reticle surface hard chromium plating treatment. 

3)      Dynamic balance rectification, smooth performance, adapt to high-speed operation. 

4)      Ratchet fixed type rolling cylinder axle, equipped with hanging cylinder gutter, adapt to rapid change of cylinder. 

5)      High precision planetary wheel phase adjustment mechanism. Whether for dynamic, static state, the 360°positive and negative adjustment is realized. 

6)      Loading and unloading feet switch and automatic reset.

7)      Dynamoelectric cylinder roller axial adjustment mechanism, with the max movement ±7.5mm.

1Adopt high quality seamless steel pipe refining process, dynamic balance adjustment, smooth performance, surfacing, hard chromium plating. 

2Adopt exterior crosshead shoe regulating mechanism, the adjustable distance is 12mm. The adjustment does not affect the gear meshing to ensure the driving accuracy. 

1)      Adopt high quality seamless tube refining process, grinding, dynamic balance adjustment, hard chromium plating and customized required texture shape. 

2)      Upto 185 - 220 LPI, optional for the users. 

3)      Vapour-pressure type texture roller auto elevation device and idle unit during the paper advancing. The texture roller descends to contact with the printing cylinder, and when the paper advancing stops, the texture roller elevates automatically to separate with the printing cylinder to protect the printing cylinder.  It is capable of auto idling while not printing to prevent the printing ink from drying up. 

4. Gum roll

1)      Adopt high quality seamless tube refining process, dynamic balance adjustment

2)      Steel tube surface is enwrapped with abrasive rubber with long service life. 

3)      Overrunning clutch auto idling device to prevent the printing ink from drying up. 

4)      Surface intermediate and high grinding, suitable for mesh point high precision and large area printing.

5)      Worm wheel micro adjustment device guarantees the uniform inking up.

Electric adjustment of slotting upper slitter and press line upper wheel

Dynamoelectric horizontal and vertical regulation of press line lower wheel and separate paper. Dynamoelectric regulation of case height, 4-knife interlocked. 

Electric adjustment of slotting position and digital display. 

3):Codera justment and management system

Adjustment system: the circumferential position of printing and slotting can be adjusted on the Codera.  The stored 1 - 999 ordinary orders can be called out to realize the rapid adjustment.
