Inspired by the works of Charles and Ray Eames, Arne Jacobsen is considered one of the most influential furniture designers of
the last century. The highly sculptured handcrafted Egg Chair is unique in that sitters can swivel towards the conversation area or
away from others if privacy is desired.A tilt mechanism allows for relaxed lounging and the high back curving elements are reminiscent of a traditional wing chair. Our inspired version of The Egg chair is not only known for its aesthetically pleasing shape. It is a comfortable, functional piece of furniture, as Jacobsen's design generally is. The chair is of course available in classic red, but we also have a variety of other colours to choose from. Almost 50 years after its design, The Egg Chair is still used in advertising, film and television as a symbol of sophisticated urbanism. The Egg chair was featured in the movie Men in Black and briefly seen in Back to the Future II.

The Swan chair is the result of Jacobsen's search for a curved fluid form which required minimum padding and was lightweight without losing the comfort. The synthetic shell is padded and covered in high quality cashmere wool fabric or leather, on star-shaped aluminium reclining and swivel base. Our inspired version of The Swan chair is not only known for its aesthetically pleasing shape; It is a comfortable, functional piece of furniture, as Jacobsen's design generally is. The inspired Swan Chair available in a variety of other colours.
