COLD ALARM
This patented Cold Alarm is designed to offer an early warning of unhealthy, low indoor temperatures.
It has 3 different coloured LED lights and an audible Alarm.
To activate, press the ON/OFF switch to ON. Once activated, the coloured lights with flash briefly and then one light will flash approximately every 10 seconds. The colour of the light will indicate temperature range.
The Green light flashing - indicates the temperature is above 18 degrees Centigrade. This is normal safe environment.
The Amber light flashing - WARNING. Indicates temperature is below 18 degrees Centigrade but above 12 degrees centigrade. There is a potential risk of ill health. One should take steps to increase temperature or if not possible, make oneself warmer.
The Red light flashing - DANGER. Temperature is less than 12 degrees Centigrade but above 7 degrees centigrade. The room temperature is far too low. This temperature can lead to Hypothermia and there is a high risk of ill health.
The Ref light flashing and Alarm Buzzer - indicates temperature is below 7 degrees Centigrade. It is dangerously cold. The built in alarm will beep continuously.
