We are capable of making 4 series of prefabricated houses, 5000m2/day, we got ISO9000 certificate in 2004. The four series prefabricated houses are:

1.  JH Prefabricated House Series 1-------K Modular Prefabricated House with double pitched slope(one storey, two storey, three storey);

This series of prefabricated houses are all made of standardized components, take K as modulus(1K=1820mm) for .the length and width of our prefab house The horizontal size of the house is nK+160 and the vertical size is nK+160.  Number of floors is denoted by the P modulus (1P=0.95m), 3P being one storey , 6P two storey, 9P three storey.

Important Notice: the size of every single piece of sandwich panel forming the wall of JH Prefabricated House Series 1,2,3 is standard as 1820mm(L)*950mm(W) and particularly designed to connect each other by insertion without using any connecting accessories. The surface of Panel for roof is corrugated and size changes according to house size. This is totally different from the JH Prefabricated House Series 2----S4 Type with double pitched slopeOne-Storey

2.   JH Prefabricated House Series 2-------S4 Type with two pitched slope (One-Storey)

   This series of prefabricated houses are all made of standardized components too. the length is calculated as (n-2)*1224+2*1100mm  (n4,5,6), the width is fixed as 5050mm, wall/ridge height fixed as 2450mm/3500mm. Important Notice: the width of every single piece of sandwich panel forming the wall and Roof of JH Prefabricated House Series 4 is 1200mm and particularly designed to connect each other by insertion. This makes roof and wall look all the same from outside which is very different from the JH Prefabricated House Series 1----K Modular Prefabricated house with double pitched slope

3.   JH Prefabricated House Series 3-------Whole-hoisted Prefabricated House Container House (One-Storey),

 This series of house can be transported in whole is the main characteristics and advantage , which can be put into use upon arrival at worksite of this type of whole house.

4.   JH Prefabricated House Series 4-----Custom-Made Prefabricated House; we can design, make, install any kind of prefabricated houses according to customer special requirement.

We built 6000 rooms of prefabricated houses for the people of Sichu quaked area from MAY 25 to AUG25, 2008, honored by Beijing Municipal Government as   Prominent Contribution Enterprise for Sichuan Earthquake.

We are also specialized in lightweight steel structure buildings, such as workshops, warehouses, etc. And we are very proud that we took part in project building of Beijing Olympic Games in JULY 2008. We can produce more than 1000 tons of steel structure in one month, thus we can build about 40,000 m2 of steel structure building in one month with the matching sandwich panels. In the meantime, we can provide construction service or engineering instruction overseas.
