Film Blowing Machine is used for producing tubular film. The film is applicable for heavy-duty packaging bags on FFS automatic packaging line in petrochemical and chemical industries. The products are erect, beautiful, high-strength, convenient for stacking, and preventing from slide-down. Especially they are convenient for recycling and reusing, which accords with the requirements of environment protection. At present, both here and abroad, the products have been used widely.

The line adopts a lot of new technique and technology such as three-layer-coextrusion stacking-type blown die, dual-lip cooling ring, IBC, bubble stabilizing device, multi-layer rotation take-off, corona treatment station, central-guide friction and central winder, flexographic printing, anti-slip embossing, adjustable edge-folding and forming. The line adopts automatic microcomputer control, equipped with OMRON colorful touch screen, integrated with HMI developed by ourselves, to accomplish most of line operation and control, and achieve functions such as on-line help, production record, on-line inspection, safety protection and startup protection
