Flexographic Printing Machine

Applications and Characteristics:

Flexographic Printing Line is suitable for water soluble or oil soluble ink, used for two-color continuous printing on plastic woven fabric or paper of 4.2 meter wide. (The number of printing colors can be added as per the requirements of the order. )

The machine is equipped with advanced electric instruments and pneumatic devices for the whole technology flow from web unwinding, printing to winding. The machine adopts central adjustment and control through the main electric control console. An inverter is equipped for each section of the machine. Each speed can be single adjusting or synchronous operating, to improve automatic control. The unwinder is dual-shaft and dual-station, with semi-automatic splicing by splicing roller, equipped with automatic tension control system (MITSUBISHI Japan) and automatic edge position control system. The two-color printer adopts flexographic printing mode, equipped with differential mechanism of color registration and drying devices, driven by variable-frequency motor. The winder adopts dual-station friction winding mode, with automatic tension control, automatic length counting, pneumatic cross cutting and semi-automatic roll changing. The winder is designed to be equipped with a hydraulic unloading device and an unloading stand. Rollers opened or closed is controlled electrically.
