The KGS series large power DC power supply adopts thyristor as the key parts of 3-phase voltage regulation. The intelligentized control system is consisted of singlechip (SCM) as key part, has the functions of voltage regulation and rectifying. It can be controlled accurately by PLC on heating temperature, heating power, waiting time, cooling time which guarantee heating technics, and with HMI (touch screen), heating power, waiting time, cooling time technical parameters can be set easily, with the merits of high efficiency, simple but reliable circuit, easy commissioning etc. Not only reform companys production technics, increase products quality, highly decrease power distribution capacity, but also energy-saving significantly.
