Solar off-grid power system description:

The solar generator system is compose of solar panel module, controller,and storage batttery. If the output is AC220v or 110v,we also need the inverter. The function of each part is as follows:

1.Solar panel,which is the key and the most expensive part of the whole system.it exchange the sunlight to the electricity,if the power is enough,the rest electricity will be storaged in storage battery or provide the electricity for the load.

2.Solar controller,which controll the working station for the whole system.and protect the storage battery for charging and discharging.in particular,the qualified controller should compensate the temperature in the place have large temperature gap. As for the additional function,such as switch of sunlight controller,and switch of time controller are alternative.

3.Storage battery,the ordinary type is lead-acid storage battery.sometimes we could use NI-CD battery,NI-MH battery in the small system.it store the electricity from the solar panel and discharge them when we need to use them.

4.Inverter,usually,the output of the solar panel is 12VDC,24vDC,48VDC,which could not be used by the home appliance.so we need the DC-AC inverter to provide the electricity for home use of 220VAC.

5.The factor for designing the solar generator system are as follows:

(1).where the system be used? The average sunlight time per day

(2).the total power of the loading.for the system

(3).the output voltage of the system,AC or DC?

(4).How many hours should the system be worked?

(5).How many days the system should supply the electricity if encounter the cloud and raining days?

(6).the information of the system,and the start current.
