Wenrui is the only company who can supply the main equipments of causticizing system for handling 7000m3/d lime mud in China.Causticization stage is a key part of the alkali recovery system in the pulp making process. The purpose of causticization is to change the Na2CO3 into NaOH, and then convert it into white liquor and lime mud that will be used for pulp cooking and alkali recovery respectively. The causticization process mainly consists of slaking, causticizing, clarifying, mud washing. Different technical processes and equipments will be applied according to the production scale, pulp properties and other factors. For the alkali recovery and caustification stage, we developed complete electric instrument control system, to make sure the quality of the white liquor and the safety and continuity of the causticizing production, to save cost and increase profit for our customers.
