QTZ63 tower crane (construction equipment)

Our tower crane has  merits as follows:

1, According to customers' requirement it has stationary and adhered two types, the lifting height of the basic stationary one is 39m,the tower crane can be adhered and jacking to as high as 120m.

2,Factory made long boom is 56m, and can reassembled to 50m and 44m.

3,Hoisting mechanism adopt three-speed motor, and to achieve the ideal hoisting speed and lowest steady speed by the reducing mechanism, realizes the rational performance of  light load high speed , heavy load intermediate speed and non-load low speed.

4,  The slewing mechanism adopts planet gear speed reducer and fluid coupling and also set slewing brake device , make the starting steady ,  positioning accurately and compact structure.

5,The trolley tracting mechanism adopts planet gear speed reducer and two-speed moto 

r driving ,has two driving speed and improved the working effiency.

6,  Adopting new moment limiter which is outside adjustable, make the adjusting easy and safe ,  and can be governed by a special person after adjusting,this product has patent from the national patent office.

7,Cabin in tower cranes are developed on the basis of the human engineering principle. Linkage control desk is adopted in the cabin which makes all operations easy and quick. The cabin head comfortable ,easy for control with wide visual field .

8,Full set of safety protection equipments makes the tower crane flexible and reliable. The product has weight limiter, moment limiter, luffing limiter, height limitater, and slewing limiter ,trolley rope-off protection, trolley spindle-break protection,pulley anti-skipping rope devices to ensure the normal operation of the tower crane, and it also has labor protective devices like rest platform and guardrail and so on.
