Curing Oven

a)       Board making system

After the felt is shaped, it will be conveyed into pleating machine by conveyer of wool allocating to be prepressed. And then the felt will enter into curing oven. The felt will be pressed and heated in curing oven to form board or felt with certain density and thickness. The density and thickness can be regulated.

i.      Wool allocating conveyer   7m   1 set

Adopt steel chain plate, single power and synchronize with curing oven.

ii.      Compression pleating machine  1 unit

In order to promote the quality, strength and tearing force of rock wool products, the production line should be equipped with pleating machine which will prepress the felt and then the felt will enter into curing oven. It can reduce the burden of curing oven.

iii.      Curing oven

The curing oven is our patent product, possesses firm and double layer structure, high strength. Suitable for producing high strength rock wool board, the highest density is 200kg/m3.  It adopts the patented chain of curing oven, firmly and durable, the cost of wearing parts is low. The chain plate of curing oven has advanced structure, designed in high strength, and possesses high ventilating, cannot be damaged easily. It is the key part of curing oven. The board thickness can be adjusted from 30mm to 150mm as will. (Controlled by control cabinet).
