In full combination between scientific manufacturing technique and new-type die materials, the accuracy of inserts in fin dies can reach ± 0.001 mm, horizontality and verticality of all the parts can be strictly controlled within ± 0.003 mm, and altitude difference among work pieces within ± 0.005 mm, the air-condition fin dies match with the running stably high-speed fin press, the speed can be up to 200-280SPM, the service life of the die can be up to 10-15 years. And the maximum quantity of rows per stroke is as 72 from two to four progressions. the collar height of fin ranges from 4mm~12mm.
