CCM countious casting machine

CCM is the equipment ,it can make the melton steel became the billet ,it is made up of ladle car,tundish, crystallizer , vibration equipment , dummy bar ,coolbed,cutter ,electric control etc. Our production has the follow  characterstic:

1.      adopt the large tundish ,there a Slag block wall inside the tundish, combination technology of Stopper flow-control ,make temperature distribution small.avoid become vortex on the  water top . Make up the full inclusion , To achieve stability in the stream pouring.

2.      the partiular straight arch technology ,can product small billet .

3.      crystallizer adopt Stainless steel precision extrusion molding water jacket, ensure average sink,cool average,the quantily of billet is good, decrease the leakage phenomenon when the high-speed casting .

4.      Unique way of targeting fast ,change the crystallizer facibility .

5.      Unique load balancing spring , compensation the static load  on Shaking table .can change the quantily of billet .

6.      unique the twic-cool equipment,ensure Nozzle for middle, Cross-section of water distribution uniformity ,ensure the billet cool Cross-section of water distribution uniformity, Shape does not have a defect.
