Rice bran expanded preservation system

The system is designed for the rice processing plant, used for the preservation of rice bran. As the rice bran contains much lipase, when rice bran is away from brown rice in a few hours, lipase activity will be a great show, decomposing the oil contained in rice bran rapidly and there is a large amount of free fatty acids, resulting in a significant increase in acid value. Extruding can be effective in inhibiting the activity of fatty acids of rice bran, damaging the structure of fatty layer, with the passivation of lipase activity, controlling the temperature to a certain extent, that can make the rice bran lipase, peroxidase inactivation, and to reduce natural antioxidants in rice bran, then extending the shelf life of rice bran.

Through the full market research and characteristics of rice bran, a new small-scale preservation of expanded rice bran is developed to keep rice bran fresh, suppressing the value of acid suppression.
