Turbo expander is one of the main machine unit of the air separation plant. We have been engaging in the research, development, design and manufacture of the turbo expander for more than 20 years. So far, there have been thousands of expanders operating in the steel, petrochemical and other industries.

With some advanced software developed by research academy cooperated with us and imported from foreign company, we could make the performance forecasting and optimization of the expanders and boosters; we could make analysis on the 3-dimensioned flow field and design of the 3-dimensioned impellers. Thus, the fully automatic machining of the impellers could be realized, the design accuracy is greatly increased which fully ensured the high consistency of the designed performance and actual operating data. The efficiency of the unit has approached or even reached the world latest level.
