This Curing Press is appliable for curing PCR and LTR tyres with Nitrogen or steam as curing medium.
This Curing Press is appliable for curing PCR & LTR tyres with Nitrogen or steam as curing medium.
This Curing Press is a Mechanical type, the beam moves vertically and horizontally for tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and the curing mould is heated by PLATEN.
Other features: Dual-Column Vertical Chuck Loader, Dual-Cylinder Unloading Device, Pro-Bar Style Mould Stripping Unit. As per customer's request, Auto-Adjusting Device, SMO Drive Device, PCI and Singel-, Double- or Triple-position Green Tyre Holder are available. Curing Piple can also be made into order.
This Curing Press uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC for Human-Machine Operation Interface.All parameters can be re-set during Curing Cycle, and real-time data collection/preservation,alarming,as well as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With ethernet interface,Curing Press group-management is available.
