Planetary mixer
Usage:
Planetary mixer is a kind of new and high-efficient machine developed for high viscose material based on advanced foreign technology. It enjoys a unique and new mix type with two or three multi-layered blade mixer and one or two PTFE scraper in the pot. Mixer can revolute around pot axis and meanwhile rotate around self-axis with high speed so that material are undergone complicated movement and powerful shearing and kneading in the pot. And the rotation of scraper helps mixing of material to achieve an more ideal effect. Special seal structure of pot can be pressured and vacuum mixed for good exhausting debubbling effect. Pot jacket can be heated or cooled according to users demand with good seal effect. Way of discharging is pressure feed-type. Pot cap and mix blade can be lifted hydraulically for easy cleaning and easy operation with pot being moved freely.
This machine is suitable for mix, reacting, dissolving, dispersing,quenching and dehydrating of products between solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid of chemical, light industry, food, battery, pharmaceutical, building material, pesticides industry, such as silicone sealant, polyurethane adhesive, lithium batteries liquid, mould glue, adhesive, cosmetic, ink, chocolate, ointment paste, additives with viscosity ranges from about 10000cps-1000000cps. Types of mixer can be multi-layered type, frame-type, screw mount-type, butterfly-type etc. according to material demand.
Main Structure:
It is composed of base, discharging basket, cap, planetary rack, mix device, hydraulic lifting system, upper-frame, motor, reducer, electric control box and hydraulic station etc. Material contact part is stainless steel for production of material of sanitary and medical grade. Controlled by converter, the speed of mixer can be adjusted randomly.
