Working principle, structure and features
This machine adopts a unique mix unit. With discharging basket fixed, center mix blade pushes bottom material upwards and side material to the center with low speed. And high-speed dispersing and mixing unit disperses material rapidly (speed can be adjusted VFD according to technological requirement) so that material under powerful shearing and kneading would mix fully by movement of high and low speed. The device has unique mechanical seal which can vacuumize debubbling. Types of mixer are wheel-type, blade-type, butterfly-type, thruster-type etc. for choices.
It is composed of high-low speed motor, cycloid reducer, transmission box, columns, bearing base, upper lid, discharging basket, bottom plate, electric control box, hydraulic station etc., transmission box can move up and down propelled by oil tank in column, and there are truckles under discharging basket which can move freely dragged by hand.
