Wire Feeding Device: It is comprised by wire straightening unit and wire feeding case. The wire straightening unit is used to control the stability of the product during production.23TS specially has soft type straightening device for wire wih diameter under 0.3mm.The wire feeding case is to control the dimension of product.Both units are made by precision processing in order to provide accuracyfor making high quality springs. Two pairs of feed rollers and oiled running design,23TS can make coiling at spring index of 4 or less continously for a long time. And the max wire feeding speed can reach 141m/min.
Servo Rotary Quill: The rotary quill is precisely made from aluminum alloy with the max. Rotating speed 4500 degree/sec.(one circle is 360 degree), thus it will not affect the speed of main axes during rotating quill. Other thangiving more spaces for forming complicated springs, rotary quill can also be used to control pitch of spring.Pitchs can then be adjusted by computer control instead of mechanical adjustment, thus time is saved in spring setup.
Servo spinner: Servo spinner is a computer controlled device designed to make bending freely in any angle.The bending angle can be changed anytime easily through touch of computer ,without the need to adjust he mechanical parts, thus saving spring setup time. The spinner can bend wire into 90 degree angle in just 0.017second; 180 degree in only 0.034 second. This unit can be swung at 25 degree sideway, making it easier for bending job at certain angle.
Four axes Computer: Brand new design MAX 2000-4A four-axis synchronous computer system, using USA made industrial class motion controller card and Pentium central processor. Main axis with continous operating mode, especially suitable for cam driven 8-slides spring forming machine.Except for the feeding axis, the other axis of the machine use absolute position programming.Rotary quill and spinner feature home-position compensation funtion,reducing the need to the reprogramming after changing tool.
