Environment-friendly High-temperature Rapid-processing Developer & Fixer

Product introduction:

    The product is suitable for developing a whole series of plate-made films (electronic scanning films, bright & dark-room copies, helium neon, radium emanation, infrared ray, photo-composing films and photo-composing photographic paper) by working with all kinds of high-speed film processors. It gives up hydroquinone or other poisonous organic substances as developer. Raw materials used in its formula all are nonpoisonous and degradation-easy without pollution to environment and harm to long-term users, qualified for ISO 14025 with the serial number of 2003--022-001.

 

Features:

a). Containing no hydroquinone and other poisonous organic substances, being a formula free from poison, and having no direct harm to users and no pollution to environment.

b). Having good resistance to oxidation, no oxidation due to no content of hydroquinone, and no need to be sealed when partially used at one time, and in such case, no possibility to get blackened, and no influence on use properties.

c). Having a big capacity of film processing, a sharp contrast and clear screen dots.

d). Suitable for a whole series of plate-made films by working with high-temperature & rapid-processing film processor.

e). Rinsing mechanical parts inside developing and fixing troughs with clean water at the time of the replacement of the developer and fixer.

 

Dilution:

A. Developer:

a). Mechanical high-temperature developing: Temperature: 30ºC-38ºCTime: 30-40 seconds

Dilution proportion: 1:3 (developer: water)

b). Dilution proportion for manual developing: 1:4 (developer: water)

c). Replenisher is the same as working solutions. Replenishing volume is generally 150-200ml per square meter film or properly subject to the variations of developing areas.

B. Fixer:

a). Mechanical high-temperature fixing:

Temperature: 30ºC-38ºC Time: 30-40 seconds

Dilution proportion: 1:4 (fixer: water)

b). Dilution proportion for manual fixing: 1:5 (fixer: water)
