GENERAL DESIGN: Preventing the inner leaking is a big technology difficulty to make the 

filter; RSG Series filter elements adopt the special anti-leakage technology to ensure the

 filtration efficiency. 

STRONG HYDROPHOBY ABILITY: The material of RSG filter element is made from the 

treated silicic borate glass fiber which anti-water and anti-oil is better than the general glass 

fiber, dust-hold ability is bigger; pressure is less than others in the same size.

Big interspace rate: Interspace rate is one of the standards to scale the life and pressure 

drop for the filter element. Interspace rate of the RSG filter element is higher than 95%.
Small diameter and slippery surface of the fiber: It can filtrate the solid impurity and oil 

efficiently, eliminate oil quickly, and reduce pressure.

STRONG ABILITY TO ANTI-IMPACT BY HIGH PRESSURE:  An RSG filter element has 

the outside and inside bushes made of stainless steel. They can tighten the fibers solidly 

to bear the great impact brought by the compressed air. At the same time, the inside bush 

can eliminate those big sized granules.

ANTICORROSIVE SPONGE: The polyurethane sponge with PVC on surface can eliminate 

oil efficiently and quickly, and can make sure not to be hardened and aged in the grease 

for a long time.

WELL DESIGNED OF FLANGE HOUSING: No matter how big the filter is, just one

 person can easily replace the filter element.
