Low smoke & low halogen flame retardant PVC cable material is processed through particular mixing refining device, with PVC resin as its base material, using aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide as a flame retardant system and added with special anti-smoke agent and other stabilizer, plasticizer. This series of products has excellent flame-retardant property and processing performance. It can apply in insulation and jacket for low voltage cable, control cable and communication cable in subway, architecture, etc.
Technical Performance Characteristics:
It can be used to extrude cable through ordinary screw. Recommended temperatures for each section of extruder are as follows:
