The automatic glass bottle washing machine is applicable to washing new or returnable glass bottles and other similarly round bottles for beer(beverage) manufacturer. Equipped with one pre-soak tank, two soak tanks and two label-removing device, the machine can make bottles fully soak in the hot solution. Multi-level rinse and spray ,such as hot alkaline solution, hot water, warm water and clear water, make bottles have good effect of cleaning and lable-removing.It has the features of compact for structure and convenience for operating.It adopts frequency and synchronization control, PLC control ,VVV/F timing, CNC temperature control, so it makes the operation more convenient and automatic.
