PL Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a pioneer crusher(self impact of material/ material of material beating reaction plate)researched and developed by our company . It has two models: “Stone -Stone(PL)” and “Stone-Steel(PLST)”.The “Stone -Stone(PL)”can be used in processing hard materials and the sand productivity is over 40%; the “Stone-Steel(PLST)”can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the sand productivity is over 50%.These two types of chamber can be transformed mutually in order to satisfy the needs for processing and crushing different materials.

Operating principle

Stone beat stone:

The material falls vertically and uniformly from the top of the machine. Some of them enter into the revolving impeller at high speed by the distributor and feed pipe, and are shot out from the discharge outlet of impeller by the action of the high-speed centrifugal force. Then at high speed they are smashed with another part of the materials that have been distributed around impeller by the distributor with umbrella distributaries. After smashing each other the materials shall form whirlpool and impact many times caused by striking and attrition in the impeller and crushing chamber......

Stone beat steel:

The material falls vertically and uniformly from the top of the machine and enters into the revolving impeller at high speed by the feed pipe. Then they are shot out from the discharge outlets of impeller by the action of the high-speed centrifugal force, and at high speed strike and crush with adjustable reaction plate or reaction rod in the crushing chamber.
