Brief introduction

BT-1600 Image Particle Analysis System was a muti-functional particle analysis system analyzing particle size distribution and other imaging information.It consists of optical microscope,digital imaging camera(CCD),image acquisition card,computer and printer.When in operation,it firstly shot particle by special video camera and microscope then transmit to the computer,after that processing and analyzing  by image analysis program, finally show and print by monitor and printer.It is characterized by intuitive,visualized and accurate analysis not only observing morphology of particles but also generating particle size distribution and aspect ratio etc therefore provide a high-performance tool for fields of scientific research and productions.

Statistical process on particle quantity and pixels contained by each particle to calculate circle-equivalent area and spherical-equivalent volume therefore get respective diameters and aspect ratio,at last analyze all particles to get particle size distribution and other information

Powerful software for image processing and analyzing

• Image processing
  Grayscale,color,cut,delete,rotate,smooth,shear,paste,filter,zoom in or out,filling.It can also process more pictures to improve representativity and provide more accurate, actual and reliable results.
• Data processing
  After preliminary processing on the particle images, the program will automatically give statistics of particle numbers, area, volume, diameter, circularity distribution, aspect ratio distribution as well as particle size distribution including data and graph.
• Print
  Print original image and all results report including particle size distribution data and graph, total particle number and aspect ratio.
