Brief introduction
BT-1800 dynamic imaging and analyzing system is a particle sizing and metrological analysis system integrating circulating and dispersing system and high-speed video camera internally. It combines micro imaging technology, auto control technology and image processing technology. Simply add the sample to the tank, system will automatically start circulating, dispersing and continuously shooting pictures of the particles, at the same time process and analyze. It features visual, vivid, accurate analysis and enable the operator recognize, statistics and quantitalize the particles automatically. More than observing the metrological shape of the particles it provide particle size distribution, aspect ratio and circularity, develop a new method of particle sizing for scientific research and manufacture industries.

Major technical features

• Unique automatic circulating and dispersing system
  BT-1800 incorporates ultrasonic disperser, agitator, circulating pump, imaging window, auto water supply and drain system and more. It continuously shooting the particles in flowing state, overcome the complex sampling and poor representative of the static image analyzer.
• Automatically process many pictures
  High speed video camera will shot continuously hundreds of pictures of particles in flowing state and then save all the pictures to the computer. The program will automatically process these images and auto cut then differentiate by size in different colors and gives particle size distribution.
• High-speed CCD video camera
  BT-1800 use German high speed video camera with speed of 120pics/sec to avoid trailing of moving image and correlate well with the static method.
• Auto focusing system
  BT-1800 is equipped with precise stepping motor with focal distance regulating device, with the software to decide the clearness of the image so as to auto focusing and secure the qualified and correlated clearness of each images.
• Powerful processing system
  BT-1800 features auto cut, auto process on many pictures, auto calibration, auto analysis and more.
