Process flow: baiting→rough cleaning→rinsing 1→rinsin2→blowing→rust proof→drying
Equipment summary: ZD2-2 modle cleaning machine is of fully enclosed structure having dismountable stainless steel case. Whole tank is composed of two parts, cleaning part and blowing, rust proof and drying part. They are connected by bolt for easy transportation and maintenance. Two levels can be divided at vertical direction, the upper is each compartment, i.e. rough cleaning, rinsing, spraying room, blowing room, rust proof room, drying room, the lower is four liquid storage tanks (1 for rough cleaning, 1 for rinsing, 2 for rinsing and rust proof) and two sets of fine filters. Overflow, drainage, drawer type filtration, level controller and automatic feeding device are set for each tank to avoid vapor from leaking effectively. Drying room is at the exit, upper end having hot wind cycling device. Heating for drying room adopts electric heating and temperature can be controlled automatically.
