CARDINAL PRICIPLE

  The vacuum freeze-drying is an advanced method of dehydration, whose process takes advantage of the principle of ice crystals lyopilization under purified vacuum condition, in which the water inice form on the frozen goods can be directly lyophilized into steam without melting in advance, thus the goods are dried.

Three states chart of water

Water has 3 states, such as solid, liquid and gas. The 3 states can change one another and can coexist. It is the balance chart about the 3 states of water as above. In the chart, the 3 curves, OA named thaw curve, OB named boiloff curve, OC named sublimation curve, separately denote the relationships of steam and temperature while ice and water, water and steam, ice and steam are coexisting. Dot O is named 3 state dot, opposite the temperature of 0.01, vapor tension of 610.5Pa(4.58mmHg), under the condition of such temperature and vapor tension, water, ice and steam can coexist and keep balance with each other.

THIS MACHINE CHARACTERISTIC

Electric control unit has advanced measure system which can guarantee the quality of products.

The material of drying box, condensator, evaporator, vacuum tube is stainless steel according to the requiring of GMP.

The refrigeration system is unipolar or bipolar which can reach the perfect low temperature and can be conveniently operated and repaired.

The vacuum system is bipolar which can keep products in the best vacuum condition in order to have the drying process in a shorter term.

Lower machine-assembling power and energy cost, lower price.

Can be designed and produced according to the requirement of customer.

Remark

·         As different content of water in different kind of food, there are different capacities. For example, 65% content of water in the material, running  2 cycles every day and night, working 300 days every year, each 100 m2 Freeze Dryer produces about 150 ton dry products every year.

·         Large freeze dryer should be equipped with independent fast-freeze warehouse. Thus it not only can shorten the working cycle, but also can be well energy-saving.

·         It adopts R22, not belonging to taboo, as the freezing medium, which will not destroy the ozonosphere. Or it also can use ammonia freezing system instead of R22 freezing system.

·         If there is a lack of power, it also can use steam instead of electric heating pipe to heat the recurrent liquid. Every ZG-100 only needs 200kgs coal every day.
